Terms of Use
Last updated September 29, 2026
The short version
Student Acer is a free place to find and share study guides and practice questions. Be kind, only upload things you have the right to share, and don't use the site to cheat on a test or assignment. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You don't need an account to browse or download guides. To create one, you must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens on your account. One person per account, and don't pretend to be someone else.
What you upload
Guides, practice sets, comments, profile details, and messages you post stay yours. By posting them, you give Student Acer permission to host, display, and let other people view and download them on the site. You can delete your own guides and practice sets at any time.
Only upload material you made yourself or have permission to share. Don't upload:
- Paid textbooks, prep books, or other copyrighted material you don't own
- Real or leaked test questions, answer keys, or anything meant to help someone cheat
- Other people's personal information
- Anything hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or illegal
- Spam, ads, or links to malware
Chat and messages
Treat other students with respect. No harassment, bullying, threats, or unwanted contact. Use the Report button on a guide, a practice set, or a chat if you see something that breaks these rules.
Removing content and accounts
We may remove any content or suspend any account that breaks these terms or that we believe harms other users, without notice.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, use the Report button on it, or email ashton.tran09@gmail.com with a link to the material, a description of the work you own, and your contact information. We'll take down infringing material promptly.
No guarantees
Guides and practice questions are written by students and may contain mistakes. They're meant to help you study, not to replace your teacher, textbook, or official course materials, and we can't promise any particular grade or score. Student Acer isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board, which owns the AP and SAT trademarks. The site is provided “as is,” and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent change, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
